Q2: Do you support OEM /ODM?
A: Yes, we are specialized in providing OEM/ODM jewelry production.
Q3 :If I had a picture or only a rough sketch of the jewelry, can you make that for me?
A :Sure, we can make CAD according to the picture or sketch you provide and advise the additional information to complete the jewelry.
Q4: Our company have diffenrent quality level, like high-level, normal-level, luxury jewelry, are you capable of doing that?
A: Yes, we can. We have manufacturered jewelries for different jewelry brands. The quality level can be controlled according to customer's market positioning and products burget.
Q5 : As this is the first time, I am just concerned if you are qualified to manufacture our product line, could I just make a sample first.
A : Yes. welcome to make sample and test our quality.
Q6 : What is the minimum order to manufacture my design?
A : There's no minimum quantity for sample. And the minimun quantity for mass order is 30 pcs/model
Q7 : How long is the manufacturing process?
A: The lead time for sample is 2 weeks after CAD confirmation. and 3~4 weeks for mass order.
Q8 : What is your payment term?
A : T/T, Western Union and Alipay are supported. Amount below USD10,000, full payment in advance. amount more than
